Can we sign a maintenance contract governed by our home-country law?
Yes. Our standard SLA is drafted under Polish civil code, but we routinely execute contracts under German, French, Italian or English law when the parent company requires it. Jurisdiction and language of the contract are negotiable; scope, response times and price schedule are the same.
How do you handle VAT for a foreign-owned entity registered in Poland?
If your Polish subsidiary holds a Polish VAT ID we invoice in PLN with 23% VAT - deductible in the normal monthly return. If the invoice goes to the parent company abroad and the service is technically B2B cross-border, we apply reverse-charge (0% Polish VAT, EU VAT ID required on the invoice). We adjust to whichever entity signs the PO.
What warranty do you provide on repairs and installed parts?
Twelve months on labour and on parts we supply, running from the date of the service report. Original manufacturer parts carry the OEM warranty (typically 12 months, sometimes 24). Warranty covers replacement of defective parts and the associated labour; consequential production losses are excluded, in line with EU industrial service standards.
Do you service compressors under an active OEM warranty?
Yes, provided the OEM allows authorised third-party service - this is the case for most current-generation Atlas Copco, Kaeser and Ingersoll Rand contracts. We document every intervention to preserve the OEM warranty. For units still under first-year manufacturer coverage we can act as the customer's technical proxy during warranty claims.
Can you keep production running during a major overhaul?
Yes - this is the most common request from automotive and pharma clients. We install a stand-by rental unit of matching capacity the day before overhaul starts, cut over during a scheduled low-consumption window, and return the rental within 24 h of your primary unit being recommissioned. Production sees no pressure drop.
