We instrument the existing compressor room for 2-4 weeks before quoting (power meter on each unit, pressure loggers on the ring main, flow at key branches). Savings projections are computed against that measured baseline, not against manufacturer nameplate. Post-commissioning we re-measure for 4 weeks and issue a verified savings report.
Can modernisation happen without stopping production?
Yes, this is the standard mode. We phase the work: new compressors installed and commissioned in parallel with the existing room, cutover during a scheduled low-consumption window (weekend or planned shutdown), old units decommissioned afterwards. Production sees a 2-4 hour cutover, not a project-long stop.
Do you handle the electrical and piping work, or is that our responsibility?
We handle the full scope: compressor swap, electrical connections including switchgear upgrades if needed, piping modifications, drainage, controls integration, and building modifications for heat recovery. You get one contract, one project manager, one commissioning date.
What documentation do we receive at handover?
